In September our region offers a number of opportunities for our Leadership Teams, that transition on October 1, to learn more about their position in the chapter.
It is important to remember that each chapters is like a separate business unit, and each business has a board of directors, the leadership team.
BNI can be a very successful experience for you. Much of it depends on your leadership.
It’s not NET-SIT or NET-EAT…it’s NETWORK!!
WHY DO WE TRAIN?
- The Leadership Team will do a much better job running their chapter when given a thorough orientation regarding BNI, and specifically running a chapter
- Have you ever started a new job -- you are brought in, shown your office, desk, phone, the restroom, and told “good luck?” That is not the experience we want for you as a Leadership Team Member.
- Training represents a critical service you receive from BNI by the way of fairly extensive training in how to make BNI work for you and your members.
- Ask yourself: What do you want to learn?

All attendees will also receive lunch at the conclusion of the General Session.
