The BNI EliteReferral Partners Chapter has been a BNI chapter in Sioux Falls since May 2006.  

They meet at ABS – Auto Body Specialist on Tuesdays from 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM.  

The following are some key success factors for the Elite Referral Partners Chapter:

    • The chapter passes over 75 referrals per month.
    • Their current chapter size is 22.
    • The chapter averages 1.18 visitors per member in the last six months.

What is your #1 goal as a chapter?   
  • Growth – Our goal is 30+ members.

What is your chapter's key to success?  
  • Building relationships by scheduling monthly power team meetings which increases member activity and participation. Energy and enthusiasm is the product of all of the above which increases more outside referrals being passed which is the end result!

What is your favorite chapter meeting stimulant?  
  • We enjoy the Candy Bar stimulant.

How do you keep the FUN in FUNdamentals?  
  • Different activities to create excitement in the group. 
    • For example, BNI-GO (BNI Bingo). A game one of our members created to increase the number of one to one’s taking place. Everyone received a BNIGO card with all the members name in a space along with visitor spaces (you must bring a visitor to a meeting to be able to cross a space off) in the remaining. First person to get a bingo won a $25 gift card – one space had to be a visitor. First person to get a black wins a larger prize. Game included a deadline. We have done more one to ones in the past month and a half than we did in the last 6 month period! And this also resulted in an increased number of visitors. We gained 2 members and have a 3rd in the works as a result of BNI-GO.
