by Kris Vigneri and the Leadership of the BNI Heartland Seward County Chapter
BNI Heartland is highlighting chapters that are aligning themselves with our vision.
This month’s category is One-to-One’s, and our vision is every member doing one per week.
The BNI Seward County Chapter, during the last 6 months (26 weeks), had an amazing average of 36.84 per member, nearly 1.5 per member!
Here are some of their insights on achieving our BNI Heartland vision:
What is your chapter's key to success?
- Since a restaurant is a member, the close proximity allows for a spontaneous stop to have a One-to-One, and give business to a member.
When thinking of your chapter’s One-to-Ones, how do you define the member value?
- Closer relationships; we know each other’s business better, know each other personally, and we are more loyalty.
What success do you want for your chapter members?
- help gain understanding of other businesses, to make it easier to refer to.
Why do your chapter members belong to BNI?
- #1 for business, #2 relationships
